ZEKE Brucker attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1982 where he explored film, photography, sculpture and printmaking and studied artist like Goya, Velazquez, Max Beckman, Francis Bacon, Otto Dix, Kurt Schwitters and Jack Levine. He received a BFA in 1985 and an MFA in 1989.  Over the past 20 years he has continued to draw and paint and show occasionally. Zeke is inspired by everything from Renaissance and Medieval Art to Mad Magazines. "The images and the narrative are based my experiences in nature, pop culture, iconography and my own sense of amusement." All artwork copyrighted by the artist.
